Hey, y’all! (I know this is a broken record by now but…) My work schedule is so crazy lately! I still find time to do #WalkForever training though. So, this training started out like the previous one but I ended up taking the same route several times. Rather than walking all over the area, I mostly walked from south to west. My legs are becoming more and more accustomed to these mountainous hills, but the terrain is also triggering certain parts injuries. So this is definitely a great fitness challenge, but carefulness is essential. The tracker has been working really well, for now. Despite the fact that I have to leave it on pause to complete my walks in several days, it didn’t stop so I was able to record everything. I still am not able to review my training in detail just yet. (I don’t have a leg progress photo for this training either. I am so sorry!) Things should be more stable beginning in August. Following this post will be several training attempts that preceeded this training. For those still following, thank you for not giving up on this blog!
