Hey, y’all! Happy Sunday! It has been a busy week. The weather has been fair for the most part. Today was supposed to be more on the cool side, but it was manageable. I started the walk a few minutes after 8 in the morning. The first 10 miles was kicked off with, “Thong Song” by Sisqo. (Lol I never thought I would be walking to that song.) I cannot wait to get back to being able to do this twice a week, because my legs have to “get in gear” for the first couple of miles. The temperature was 45 degrees. I walked up a total of 16 hills during this set. My average pace was 12.32. The second 10 miles was kicked off with, “The Way You Make Me Feel” by Michael Jackson. This was when it started getting warmer, and an hour later it was overcast. The temperature was 61 degrees. I walked up a total of 11 hills during this set. My average pace was 12.48. The third 10 miles was kicked off with, “Watch You Crawl” by Red. The temperature was still 61 degrees. I walked up a total of 10 hills during this set. I had an average pace of 12.57. I also grabbed a Venti mocha from Starbucks to give a boost for the rest of walk. The boost lasted for about 7 miles. The final 10 miles was kicked by a pop song I do not remember. (Lol) I walked up a total of 8 hills during this set. I finished with an average pace of 13.03. My finishing time is slightly faster than the last training session, which is good. I wanted to finish, at least, a few minutes earlier but this will suffice. My Reeboks are still holding up but the wear is showing more and more! I finished when it was starting to get dark, so the photo I took for “Leg Progress” may not be the best. I don’t have a “Fuel” photo but it was just cereal, so eh.
