Now it was cold on Saturday but it was cold on Sunday as well. However, I didn’t want to put off the walk anymore. I was just thankful it wasn’t raining. Since I had already completed several miles on Friday, I only had to finish 37 miles. The first 10 miles was completed with an average pace of 12.37. The temperature was 52 degrees. I walked up a total of 14 hills during this set. The second 10 miles was kicked off by The Jungle Book soundtrack. The temperature was at 52 degrees. During this set I walked further than I have in a while to see how well my legs could manage the distance. I walked up a total of 8 hills during this set. My average pace was 12.47. The third 10 miles was kicked off by Starset’s “Horizons”. My average pace was now at 12.55. During this set I was still going by distance, than by the amount of hills I could walk up. Nonetheless, I walked up 5 hills for this set. The remaining miles was concluded with an overall pace of 13. I walked up a total of 10 hills during this set. One major positive of the walk was how beautiful it was outside! It was 70 degrees when I finished, so the warmth was refreshing. Following this post will be a “Fuel” and “Leg Progress” post. I’m thinking of making the 100th day of #WalkForever training, the first time I walk 50 miles in a day. š Since that isn’t for a while, I have plenty of time to practice. Until then, I appreciate followers keeping up with superheroic fitness journey. I hope y’all are doing well in this chilly weather! I AM NOT READY FOR WINTER! Coming next: The 66th day of #WalkForever training!
