I was so frustrated from the day before because I so motivated to knock out those 40 miles in one shot. Because I wasn’t sure how many miles I walked once the tracker malfunctioned, I decided to do 20 miles on Friday morning. Despite the fact that I didn’t do as many miles as I planned the day before, my thighs were still heavy! I officially started the walk a quarter after 7. The temperature was 57 degrees. “Back Here” by BBMAK, kicked off this walk. I walked up a total of 20 hills during this walk! (The thighs! The thighs!) I am actually quite happy to see that I had an average pace of 12.58! I ended up finishing the walk at 11:49. So that is also an accomplishment! Since this training session didn’t go as planned I will try again this week! I JUST ORDERED SOME NEW WALKING SHOES AND I AM EXPECTING THEM SOON! (Lol.) I think I’m the only person that gets so excited for walking shoes. I shall post once they finally arrive! Following this post will be a “Leg Progress” photo!
