Now, after yesterday’s early chill, I decided to leave a little later than usual. The final 10 miles officially started a few minutes after 9 in the morning. IT WAS 57 DEGREES! YAY! “Milkshake” by Kelis kicked off this walk! My legs were feeling a little “heavier” than usual. I’m assuming that they’re still recovering from the 30 miles from the day before. š However, they were still moving at a reasonable pace. I walked up a total of 9 hills during this walk. I had an overall pace of 13.00 for this walk, which is great because I thought I was walking much slower! I finished exactly 3 minutes before the cut off point! Yay! Following this post will be a “Leg Progress” photo but no “Fuel” posts. I hope followers are getting a chance to experience this lovely weather. Except for the chill, I hope y’all miss that. (Unless you like it, though) I hope y’all continue to keep up with this superheroic fitness journey. As for next week, depending on the weather, I think I’ll aim for completing all 40 miles in one day. š With my track record, it will take me a little over 8 hours to complete the walk. I’m really hoping it is a little warmer next Friday! I’m keeping my fingers crossed š¤
