The 57th day of #WalkForever training! Day 2: Complete remaining 10 miles before 11:30 a.m. πŸƒβ€β™‚️

Like the previous day, this training session started later than was planned. Though, like the previous day, the weather was wonderful. It was 55 degrees around the time I left, so I wasn’t too strict on leaving early but the deadline would remain the same. I WAS SO HUNGRY BEFORE FINISHING THESE LAST 10 MILES! I had two beyond burgers for breakfast. It may not be breakfast necessarily but it gave me just the fuel I needed. I left for the walk at a quarter to 9 in the morning. My legs felt a bit heavier during this training session. It may be because I haven’t done this for a week. I walked up a total of 8 hills during this walk. I managed to finish the remaining 10 miles at 11:12 with a temperature of 75 degrees outside. I just remembered that the end of this month marks a year for #WalkForever! I am so thankful that I have managed to keep this going for this long. Since fall is right around the corner, I’m looking forward to more balanced temperatures to walk in and put my legs through hell as always. (Lol) I hope the weather is treating every follower well too! I hope you all continue to follow this superheroic fitness journey. Following this post will be a “Leg progress” photo!
