*The right knee I injured when I was younger was acting up a bit before I started but nothing critical.* *Walking shoes are still comfortable and moving well.* *Water consumption was good.* I started the walk a few minutes after 8 in the morning. I see now that it I best to start at least around 7. I thought I was walking slow the day before but I did not feel I was moving too quickly today either. Though according to the tracker I was moving fairly well. Since today was another day of “Heat Advisory Warning” weather, I decided to focus more on finishing at a reasonable time and avoiding too much sunlight. I am not sure if it is a lack of fuel this week or the heat, but I definitely had to push myself. Another person noticed how much I walk and told me, I was great! That always feels good! 😁 I managed to complete the remaining 10 miles a few minutes after 11 in the morning, so that is all that matters. Summer isn’t over yet so there are going to be several more days like this. I hope everyone following this blog is still managing to move and have fun, in spite of “Heat Advisory” weather! I hope y’all continue to follow this superheroic fitness journey! There is no “Fuel” post accompanying this post but there is a “Leg Progress” post.
