The 53rd day of #WalkForever training! Day 2: The Fuel

So, neither one of these things are supposedly “workout” food but it is all about what works for you. (Lol.) I recently purchased these vegan pepperoni and I saw that they have a good amount of protein. They are also delicious! They actually taste like pepperoni! I read bagels aren’t good for eating after a workout but they give a good amount of protein for me. Besides, I’ll burn it off eventually.
