The 53rd day of #WalkForever training! Day 2: Complete remaining miles before 11 a.m.

I said it before, during the summer these walks are best done as early as possible because the sweat was already too much in the first couple of miles! As with last week’s Day 2, this walk went by pretty quickly and I actually did more than I planned on doing. I started the walk around 8 in the morning. The biggest drawback was the heat. (I didn’t have any physical or shoe issues.) It was 9 in the morning and those rays were already intense. I actually ended up walking slower than I did on Thursday. I managed to do 11.36 miles in two hours and a half. Which isn’t awful but I can do better. August is almost here! Which means it is going to be warm for a little while longer, so I’m going to keep practicing this method for the time being. Following this post will be another “Fuel” and “Leg Progress” photo! I appreciate following this superheroic fitness journey. I hope y’all are moving, despite the heat.
