The 53rd day of #WalkForever training! Day 1: The Fuel

So I saw the Yerba Mate on Whole Foods. The drink had pretty good reviews and someone noted that there wasn’t any crash, despite the sweetness. I absolutely had to try it! The chocolate oatmilk is a go-to anytime I’m doing something fitness because it has some protein, and it is so good!
