The 50th day of #WalkForever training! Part 3 of 3: The Fuel

So, I recently started eating the KIND protein bars. (At first I didn’t really like them but now they’re my go-to!) The Orgain protein shakes and chewy bars are mainstays. Even after all these months, those protein shakes are the only ones that don’t make me gag when I drink them. The KIND bars come in handy for the walk and when working at the warehouse. The chocolate chewy bars aren’t really filled with protein. Those are more of a nice snack to balance out the rest of the fuel.
