Lumber Bootcamp: War of the Gods Part. VI – VII

Hey, y’all! So as with Monday’s training session, I started “Lumber Bootcamp” with an hour of going around the neighborhood with the log and finishing the last 30 minutes with complex movements. I apologize for the videos being dark. I wanted to wait until the UV and overall harsh sunlight was down. Both videos feature The 100, The Balance, Infinity Stance, Hermes, Sidewayz and Sky High.
