Hey y’all! So lately I have been practicing “Lumber Bootcamp” by setting a timer for one hour and a half to do exercises with one log. Today, I walked around my surrounding neighborhood with the log for an hour of that time limit and used the remaining 30 minutes to practice the more complex exercises. In “War of the Gods Part. 4 – 5”, the exercises featured were Infinity Stance, The Balance, The 100, Hermes, Sky High and Sidewayz. “Sidewayz” was featured in the second of the two videos. This has been an exercise I haven’t featured yet because I wasn’t too sure about it, but I wanted to try it.
