Lumber Bootcamp: Atlas and Cronos #1

I apologize! This movement is supposed to be called, “Atlas and Cronos”. I like mythology, as well as superheroes. I remember both figures having to carry or lift tremendous amounts of weight, so I wanted to create an exercise based off that. “The Underworld” is another exercise altogether. This is what I get for not reading my notes. 🙄
