Hey y’all! So before I started #WalkForever training, I had been doing resistance training with logs. I call this “Lumber Bootcamp“. (Hopefully that isn’t already taken.) This is an idea I have for “The Physical Body“. I have come up with several exercises to utilize the logs and want to put them to the test for a few weeks. I plan on sharing the results up here. The photo I provided also gives you some “leg progress” but I can take a better one. (Lol) Anyway I am excited and will keep the blog posted!
