Hello, all!!! So after last weeks training day, my leg ended up feeling more sore and tight than usual over the weekend. It was a struggle to move around at work but it gave me an excuse to take my time. (Lol) I decided to take today off to let the healing continue. It is feeling much better though! I’m going to see how my body is doing on Thursday and post another update as always. Worst case scenario will be that training doesn’t resume until next week. The fitness journey has slowed down but it isn’t over!! 🙂
