Happy Tuesday!!!!! Since it is Tuesday, that means another day of #WalkForever training! 25 miles worth of movement set and completed! You know, it is really amazing how your body adapts to movement the more that particular form of movement is repeated. I feel nowhere near as tired as I did once I started doing this a couple weeks ago. (Although that may also be due to me putting my legs through hell over the years. Lol) It really is essential to work with, and listen to, your body through any fitness regimen. Today has also been the fastest so far! I’ve been aiming to walk 25 miles in 5 hours and 30 minutes, but I feel like I’d have to throw in some jogging. (Lol.) I shall post another #WalkForever update on Thursday!
